Group travel in Georgia, handled end to end
Organising travel for a delegation or company group is very different from booking a private tour. Several vehicles must arrive and depart together, guides need to deliver the same program on every bus, and hotels and restaurants must be confirmed for the full group well in advance. As a local company in Tbilisi, we plan and run these programs ourselves — one coordinator, one contract and one invoice for everything.
A typical program starts with group airport transfers on arrival, followed by Tbilisi and Mtskheta, a mountain day in Kazbegi or a wine day in Kakheti, and a group dinner with Georgian polyphonic singing or folk dance. Yes. LTD TbilisiWelcome (company ID 406281465) issues an official invoice and a written service agreement for every group program, and we accept international bank transfers.
Do you work with travel agencies and DMCs?
Yes. We act as the ground handler in Georgia for travel agencies and DMCs. Agency and net rates are agreed after we review the program details.
Which languages do your guides speak?
Our professional guides work in English, Russian, German, Spanish and Chinese. For large groups we assign a guide to each vehicle.
